Furnish & Share

Furnish, rent, and share the return — Isnad furnishes your property at its own cost and you split the income.

For empty or unfurnished properties. Isnad covers the cost of furniture, design and installation, then markets, rents and fully manages the property, with the income split between both parties after approved expenses. The furniture remains Isnad's property for the contract term, and transfers to the owner free of charge once it completes.
